Charging is easy on an electrical outlet, public charging points, at work and at home. There are several types of charging points that are extremely easy to use. All you need to do is plug in your vehicle using the cable provided.

If you have a full hybrid car, it charges as you drive using kinetic energy as well as the combustion engine. The battery recharges on its own as you brake and decelerate. However, you can actively influence the regenerative energy recovery level to increase or decrease it.

If you have a plug-in hybrid car, you can also charge it by plugging it into the electrical grid, via a public charging point, or by charging it at home. 3.7 kW is the maximum power for our vehicle chargers.

A plug-in hybrid vehicle’s driving range depends on the vehicle’s features and also how it is used.

The electric driving range mainly depends on the traction battery capacity (expressed in kWh). The greater the capacity, the longer you will be able to drive fully electric. In the case of our plug-in hybrid technology, where the battery is charged by plugging into the mains but also by driving by recovering kinetic energy, the fully electric driving range is guaranteed up to 50 km (in WLTP combined use), for an actual driving range that may vary from approximately 30 to 60 km. Obviously, to make the most of your vehicle and fuel savings, you need to charge it as often as possible.

The total driving range of a plug-in hybrid car is greater than that of a petrol car, since you can alternate between several energy sources. In town, when the electric motor(s) take(s) over, the internal combustion engine is not used much or at all, which of course saves fuel. On the motorway, even when the traction battery is flat, you benefit from hybrid powertrain operation that optimises your consumption.
