With Accident Assistance, Renault Assistance supports you:

• regardless of your Renault model.

For any service carried out in the network, Renault is committed to guaranteeing your peace of mind by providing assistance for one year, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week until the next annual service of your vehicle in the event of a breakdown of accident. This service applies to any vehicle under 7 years old.

With Puncture Assistance, we cover any damage to your tyres: punctures, or any damage that makes the tyre unusable and puts your vehicle off the road.

We perform the repair: 

• by the roadside, or we tow your vehicle to the nearest Renault workshop,
• with no minimum mileage and unlimited call-outs.

With Lost Keys Assistance, we cover any problems related to the use of your keys or keycards.

We provide assistance:

• in the event of theft, loss or malfunction of one of your keys or keycards,

In a serious accident, every second counts. The Rescue Code, a QR Code to be put in your windscreen and on the rear window, provides the emergency services with all the technical information they need to deal with your vehicle quickly. Only the emergency services can decode it.
